1.) My topic is to explore facebook.com and provide how it has changed students’ lives.
2.) http://www.facebook.com-this site ovbiously will provide me with all that it offers and will give me information to link into my paper.
http://www.inc.com/30under30/zuckerberg.html-this site talks about Mark Zuckerberg, who came up with the idea of facebook. It will help me by allowing me to compare and contrast the intentions with what it actually has become.

http://www.msnbc.msn.com/id/12209620/site/newsweek/-this site talks about campus cops going into facebook in order to arrest students for rushing a football field. I can use this to talk about invasions of facebook and how it supposed to only be for students, but that others are using it as a tool.
http://inventors.about.com/od/istartinventions/a/internet.htm-this site can be of use because it talks about the invention of the World Wide Web. I will be able to explore this and use it in the paper for providing reasons and the beginnings to the internet and how much things like facebook have changed it.
http://www.rollingstone.com/news/story/9597735/the_webs_hottest_site_facebookcom-this page also talks about Mark Zuckerberg and how facebook is praised because only students can use it. I can use this site to find many of the benefits that facebook provides.
3.)What was the purpose in mind for inventing facebook.com?
How has facebook been abused?
What are non-students opinions on facebook?
4.)I use facebook every day, my friends love it, we all check it religiously. I am interested in checking the evolution of the idea, how it started, the changes that have and are being made, the people behind the actual site and business. I also always of course hear about employers and police and authority figures using it in order to punish students, so I want to find out more about the outsider’s perspective on it too.
I would just like to mention Professor that the time and date of this forum is not correct to the time and date of the Pacific Time Zone. This means that when we post our oral presentation of an annotated citation, which is due at a specific time , it will not be notated correctly. If you can change it that would be great. I believe that they are all standardly set for Greenwich Mean Time.
